What if I don't love the portrait?
We'll keep working on it until you do. Changes are unlimited until you approve, and you don't pay until then.
What can you change?
Almost anything. We remove cars, signs, power lines and bins, tidy the landscaping, and draw from condos, apartments, obstructed homes and imperfect listing photos. We budget two business days for each change and usually get it back sooner.
Will it actually look this good in person?
Yes. Every portrait arrives framed and ready to hang, in the finish you pick.
Do I have to pay to see the portrait?
No. Every proof is free, on every portrait, and so are the changes. You pay only when you approve one.
How do I order?
Approve the proof. Your total and card sit right above the approve button on your order page; approving places the order and charges it. There is no separate checkout.
Can I send it directly to my client?
Absolutely. Send it to yourself or straight to your client. Your choice.
Is this a closing gift for buyers or sellers?
Both. Buyers get a portrait of the home they just bought; sellers get the one they said goodbye to. Either way it is drawn from the listing photo you already have.
