What is your returns and refund policy?

Before you approve a proof, cancel anytime from your order page, for any reason. Nothing has been charged and nothing has been printed.

After you approve

Email us right away. If the printer has not started, we cancel and refund you in full. Once production has started we cannot pull the order back, since each print is made for one house, so there are no change of mind returns past that point.

If something is wrong

A print that does not match the proof you approved, or one that arrives damaged, is a defect, not a change of mind. See our page on a damaged arrival for how that works, or email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
