Can I ask for changes?

Ask for as many changes as you need. Revisions are included in the price, and none of them cost you anything.

How to ask

Open your order and either write a note describing what to change, or draw directly on the portrait to mark the spots that need work. Either way, it goes straight back to our studio.

What to expect

We budget about two business days to make a change, and usually turn it around sooner. A new proof lands the moment it is ready, and you are never charged until you approve one you are happy with.
